Short answer
Search the customer's current part number in our cross-reference. A direct equivalent matches the recorded gauge, length and fitting; same gauge and length means check the fitting; nearest equivalent means the closest part in our range, with differences to check. If a part number is not listed, send it with the gauge, length and hub, and we map it for you.
Start from the part number
Most buyers already know what they use. It is printed on the pack, on the purchase order or in the work instruction. That part number is the fastest route to an equivalent.
Our cross-reference lists 1,263 competitor part numbers that map to a part in our range, each on its own page. Type the part number into the search box, with or without dashes. Each result shows the brand’s part next to ours, with a spec comparison.

What the match levels mean
Every part page carries one of three labels.
| Label | What it means | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Direct equivalent | Our part matches the competitor part on the recorded attributes, such as gauge, length and fitting | Nothing beyond a normal first-article check |
| Same gauge and length | Bore size and length match | The fitting or hub, against your syringe, valve or machine |
| Nearest equivalent | The closest part in our range | The differences shown in the comparison table, such as length, bend or element count |
A direct equivalent is meant as a drop-in replacement. A nearest equivalent can still be the right part, but someone who knows the application should confirm the difference is acceptable.
Checking a match yourself
The comparison table on each part page sets their part beside ours. Read it in this order:
- Gauge and inside diameter. The bore sets flow. Our tables give ID and OD in millimeters.
- Length. Match the exposed tube length, not the overall length with the hub.
- Fitting. Luer lock, threaded, bayonet and machine-specific bases are not interchangeable. Our Luer guide explains the differences.
- Material. Stainless steel, PTFE-lined, polypropylene and metal-hub versions behave differently with some adhesives.
For static mixers, check the inlet type first and the element count second. The static mixer guide covers that order.
When the part number is not listed
Not every competitor part has a page. Many unlisted part numbers are gauges or lengths we do not stock, such as some very fine gauges.
Send the part number through our quote page with whatever you know:
- Brand and part number.
- Gauge or inside diameter.
- Length.
- Hub or fitting type.
- The material being dispensed, if the tip choice depends on it.
We map it to the nearest part in our range and tell you what differs. A sample of the current tip helps where the pack carries no details.
Switching a customer over
- Collect the part numbers they buy, with yearly quantities.
- Look up each one in the cross-reference and note the match level.
- Request samples of the direct and nearest equivalents.
- Trial them on the customer’s line with their material and settings.
- Ask for a quote on the full list. We quote per SKU and quantity, delivered duty paid.

Questions
Which brands can we cross-reference?
Adhesive Dispensing Ltd, Fisnar, Jensen Global, Kahnetics, Metcal, Nordson EFD, Sulzer Mixpac / medmix and Techcon. Each brand has its own index of part numbers on our cross-reference pages.
What does direct equivalent mean?

Send it through the quote page with the gauge, length and hub type if you have them. Many unlisted part numbers are sizes outside our range; we will tell you the nearest part we can supply.
Can we get samples before switching?
Yes. Every part page and product page has a Request samples button, so you can test the equivalent against the part you use now.
