Brush Tip Dispensing Needles
Brush tip dispensing needles spread glues and greases as they are dispensed. Material flows through the tube into the bristles, so a single pass lays down a film instead of a bead.
Each tip has an aluminum tube with nylon bristles. Round heads come in 2, 4 and 6 mm widths and flat heads in 5 and 10 mm, at about 37 to 40 mm (1.46 to 1.5 in.) overall. A wide 18 mm round brush on a 1.5 mm ID tube is 78 mm (3.07 in.) long. Other brush widths are made to order.
