Both parts are metal. We list outlets in 18, 20, 22 and 25 gauge, IDs 0.25 to 0.84 mm, in 1/4, 1/2 and 1 in. lengths. The base is chosen to match your dispensing machine. We build to your drawing or sample.

Bayonet-Mount Machine Dispensing Tips
Bayonet-mount machine dispensing tips are one-piece stainless steel tips that lock into a machine head with a push-and-twist bayonet mount. One-piece construction leaves no joint between outlet and mount.
We list 18, 20, 22 and 27 gauge outlets, IDs 0.21 to 0.84 mm, in 1/4, 1/2 and 1 in. lengths. Each tip is sized by outlet diameter, overall length and the bayonet dimensions of your machine. Send a sample or drawing and we will make it to match.

These metal-base machine dispensing needles are made for dispensing heads that take a short needle on a metal base. Gauge, base inner and outer diameter and exposed length are matched to your head.
Tubes are Type 304 stainless steel, fixed in a metal base. We list 18, 20, 22 and 27 gauge, IDs 0.21 to 0.84 mm, in 1/4 and 1/2 in. exposed lengths. They are dimensioned to your head, not approved by the equipment maker, so confirm fit before a full order. We can supply them in your own packaging.
