Angled and bent needles

45-degree bent dispensing needles put fluid into hard-to-reach areas where a straight needle would need the syringe or valve tilted. They are used for adhesive beads along inside edges and in recessed joints.

Each needle has a Type 304 stainless steel cannula with a 45 degree bend, fixed in a threaded polypropylene hub. We list 20, 22, 25 and 27 gauge, IDs 0.2 to 0.6 mm, in 1/2, 1 and 1.5 in. lengths. Sizes are cross-referenced to the major brands, and other gauges can be specified to order.

Bent elbow dispensing tips are all-plastic tapered tips with a shallow bend near the outlet. They reach behind lips and into angled joints when working with thicker adhesives and sealants, without the scratch risk of a metal cannula.

Each tip is molded in PP or PE with a 35 to 40 degree bend and a threaded base, 29 mm (1.14 in.) overall. We list 14, 18, 20, 22 and 25 gauge, IDs 0.25 to 1.55 mm, color-coded by size. Your label and part numbers can go on the pack.

Bent all-metal dispensing needles combine the solvent resistance of a metal hub with a cannula bent to reach into hard-to-reach areas. They suit angled joints and recessed points on assemblies where a plastic hub is not wanted.
