Large bore and valve nozzles

These polypropylene valve nozzles fit on dispensing valve outlets for bead and dot work with adhesives, sealants and greases. Two plug versions are included for applications that need the nozzle outlet sealed.

Open nozzles come in yellow at 0.5 and 0.55 mm ID and in blue at 0.8 mm ID, with overall lengths of 48 to 100 mm (1.89 to 3.94 in.). The plug versions, one round and one T-shaped, have a 1.45 to 1.46 mm bore and are about 35 mm long. Lengths and bores outside this list are made to order.

Extended large-bore needles move high volumes of thick material over a long reach, such as sealant or grease into deep cavities. Two tip forms are offered: flat for general dispensing and pointed where needed.

Each needle has a Type 304 stainless steel tube on a metal base. We list 14 gauge (1.6 mm ID) and 16 gauge (1.19 mm ID), in 1.5, 2 and 3 in. lengths. Tip form, gauge and length are configured to your process.
