Flexible Tapered Dispensing Needles
Flexible tapered dispensing needles have a polypropylene cannula that bends along edges and around corners. With no metal tube, they will not scratch finished surfaces, and polypropylene resists clogging with cyanoacrylates. They can be trimmed to length on the line.
We list 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 and 25 gauge, with IDs from 0.25 to 1.3 mm, in 1/4, 1/2, 1 and 1.5 in. lengths. Hubs are color-coded by gauge. Sizes are cross-referenced to major-brand part numbers.

Questions about flexible tapered dispensing needles
Why use a plastic cannula instead of stainless steel?
A flexible plastic cannula can drag along an edge or reach around a corner without marking the part. It is also a common choice for cyanoacrylates, which tend to block steel cannulas.
Can the tip be cut?
Yes. Flexible polypropylene tips can be trimmed to shorten them or open up the outlet. Cut square with a sharp blade.
Is flexible the same as PTFE-lined?
No. These are solid polypropylene tubes. PTFE-lined needles keep a stainless steel outer tube with a PTFE liner, and suit very thin fluids.
