One-piece polypropylene dispensing needles are molded as a single part, with no bonded joint between hub and tube and no metal in the fluid path. All-plastic construction is a common choice for cyanoacrylates and anaerobic adhesives, and for filled materials.

We list six gauges: 18, 19, 20, 22, 25 and 27, with IDs from 0.21 to 0.84 mm and ODs from 0.72 to 1.25 mm. Overall lengths are 55.2 to 57.7 mm (2.17 to 2.27 in.). Other gauges are made to order.

Extended-reach dispensing needles put fluid into recessed and deep assembly points that standard 1/2 and 1 in. needles cannot reach. They come with a rigid stainless steel tube or a polypropylene tube, depending on whether the job needs stiffness or flex.

We list 14, 18 and 22 gauge, IDs 0.41 to 1.6 mm, in 1.5, 2 and 3 in. lengths, with polypropylene hubs color-coded by gauge. Tube material, gauge, length and connection are configured to your process.

Multi-outlet metal-base needles dispense to several points in one stroke. Two or three stainless steel tubes share one metal base, which suits robot and automated cells applying repeated dot or bead patterns.

We list 2-outlet and 3-outlet versions in 18, 20 and 22 gauge, IDs 0.41 to 0.84 mm, with 1 in. tubes. Each tube is Type 304 stainless steel. Outlet count, spacing, gauge and length are configured to your process.

Dual-outlet plastic-base needles apply two dots or beads at once from a single dispense. Two parallel stainless steel tubes share one plastic base, a lighter option than a metal-base multi-outlet needle for two-point work.

We list 18, 20, 22 and 25 gauge, IDs 0.25 to 0.84 mm, in 1/2 and 1 in. lengths. Bases are polypropylene, color-coded by gauge. Tube spacing, diameter and length are set to your process.

Non-magnetic dispensing needles are for processes that need a needle with low magnetic response, for example dispensing close to magnets or magnetic components. Because the property depends on the tube alloy, confirm it with us against your process before ordering.

We list 16, 20 and 25 gauge, IDs 0.25 to 1.19 mm, in 1/2 and 1 in. lengths. Tubes sit in polypropylene hubs color-coded by gauge. Gauges and lengths outside this list are made to order.
