# Terms of use

## Who this site is for

This site is for trade customers: resellers, distributors and OEMs. We supply the trade and do not sell through this site. By using it you confirm that you use it for business purposes.

## Product information

Product names, drawings, specification tables, spec sheets and the cross-reference are provided to identify parts. They do not form an offer and are not a contract to supply. Figures are nominal; the specification issued with a quotation governs.

## Quotations and orders

Every order is governed by the quotation we issue for it. The quotation sets the SKUs, quantities, MOQ, lead time, delivery terms and price. Where these terms and a quotation differ, the quotation applies.

## Payment

Payment is 50% in advance with the order and the balance before shipment, unless agreed otherwise in the quotation.

## Brand names and part numbers

Brand names and part numbers are referenced for compatibility identification only. Lineside is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the brands listed. A match in the cross-reference identifies a comparable part. It is not a claim that the parts are identical, and partners confirm fit on samples before the first lot.

## Use of site content

Trade customers may reuse our spec sheets, gauge chart and cross-reference with their own customers. Other copying of site content requires our written consent.

## Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content outside a quotation.

## Contracting entity and governing law

Lineside is a trade name of RNC Group Ltd. The contracting entity for quotations and orders is RNC Group Ltd, 3 Habosem Street, Ashdod 7761003, Israel. These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of Israel.

## Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date it is published.
