# Privacy notice

## Who is responsible

Lineside is a trade name of RNC Group Ltd. RNC Group Ltd, 3 Habosem Street, Ashdod 7761003, Israel, is responsible for the personal data described here.

## What we collect

When you send the quote form we collect:

- Company name
- Country
- Website
- Contact name
- Email address
- Company type
- Brands you carry
- Products of interest
- Annual volume
- Your message

We do not ask for payment details through this site.

## Why we collect it

We use these details to reply to you, to map the parts you carry to our range and to prepare a quotation. If we start trading, we use them to run the trading relationship.

## Who processes it for us

Cloudflare

Hosts the site and protects the form against spam with Turnstile.

Airtable

Stores the records of quote requests.

Google Workspace

Our email, used to receive quote alerts and to reply to you.

We do not sell your details or share them for marketing by others.

## Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking scripts, so there is no cookie banner. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. Our fonts are served from this site, not from third parties.

On the quote form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it. It does not set tracking cookies.

## How long we keep it

We keep your details as long as needed for the trading relationship, and for any longer period the law requires. If no relationship follows, we delete them when they are no longer needed to answer your enquiry.

## Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, to delete them or to stop us using them. To exercise any of these rights, email [sales@lineside-dispensing.com](mailto:sales@lineside-dispensing.com) and say what you need.
